When I first started my journey to the Autistc diagnosis the first thing we did was find an autism test site that I could use to get an idea of where I would be on the spectrum. I actually used my autism test site scores in my first appointment with my doctor to ask for a referral. And at the first assessment they used a very similar test called an AQ test. As Autism also comes with sensory processing disorder, there are many things that we need to consider to make sure that autistic people do not get triggered.
