This is what depression feels like for an autistic person. Depression is very common for a lot of Autistc people to experience once in a while. As autism is a neurological condition that impacts a persons ability to communicate, it also hosts a bunch of mental health conditions. Many autistic people will experience depression and stress and anxiety in a very interesting way. Autistic people cannot express their emotions very well and have a hard time dong so in situations of heightened emotion. This is why depression can be even worse for people who are autistic due to the issues with communicating emotions and feelings.
